The output is a written plan with a clear assessment of the current state, a recommended approach, the risks and tradeoffs involved, and a staged roadmap with rough cost ranges. It is designed to be handed to any developer or agency and used as a brief for the actual work.
This plan is particularly useful before committing budget to a rebuild, so you know exactly what you are paying for before the work begins.
